Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a procedure in which ready-to-use drug solutions are injected into the targeted area of the skin and subcutaneous tissue with very fine needles. The drugs used in mesotherapy include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, salmon DNA, and enzymes.

In cosmetic dermatology, mesotherapy is commonly used for:

  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Treatment of fine wrinkles
  • Hair loss
  • Treatment of blemishes
  • Cellulite treatment
  • Localized fat reduction
  • Stretch marks, scar, and burn scar treatment
  • Treatment of dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes

Before the mesotherapy procedure, anesthetic cream is applied to avoid pain. After waiting for 30 minutes and thoroughly cleaning the cream, the injection process begins. Mesotherapy involves injecting ready-to-use solutions into the skin and subcutaneous tissue with special needle tips. The procedure is completed in 15-20 minutes.

Complications of Mesotherapy:
As the procedure involves needles, bruising, redness, sensitivity, and swelling may occur at the needle entry points. This condition is temporary, and allergic reactions are rarely observed.

Post-Mesotherapy Care:
It is recommended not to wet the treated area for one day after the procedure. Makeup should not be applied on the day of the procedure, and sun protection is advised.

Hair Mesotherapy:
Hair mesotherapy is an effective method commonly used for hair loss. Special solutions prepared for the cause of hair loss are injected into the scalp. In genetic hair loss, solutions containing minoxidil and/or dutasteride are used, while non-genetic hair loss is treated with vitamin, mineral, and peptide mixtures. These solutions accelerate blood circulation and metabolism in the area, nourishing the hair follicles. After treatment, hair follicles strengthen, thicken, become resistant to shedding, and hair loss stops. Hair mesotherapy can also be performed after hair transplantation to strengthen the transplanted hair and prevent shedding.

Skin Renewal Mesotherapy:
Collagen and hyaluronic acid, the basic building blocks of the skin, decrease with age, leading to sagging, fine wrinkles, dullness, and mattness of the skin. Mesotherapy is a frequently preferred method for skin renewal in order to improve skin quality, stop this process, and reverse it. It is used to rejuvenate the skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. The number of sessions varies according to the structure of the skin and the patient's age, meeting the needs accordingly. While it is performed to provide moisture and radiance to the skin at a young age, it is done to renew collagen, provide elasticity, and rejuvenate at an advanced age.

Meso Lift (Facial Mesotherapy):
Meso Lift is a mesotherapy method applied to the face, neck, décolleté, and hands for skin rejuvenation.

Under-Eye Mesotherapy:
It is applied to treat under-eye dark circles, dark circles, and fine wrinkles. Substances that rejuvenate and support the skin are delivered under the skin in this method.

Cellulite Mesotherapy:
Cellulite is the orange peel appearance of the skin surface due to the disruption of lymph circulation between subcutaneous fat cells, caused by factors such as genetics, smoking, alcohol, inactivity, hormonal factors, and unhealthy nutrition. Mesotherapy is frequently used in cellulite treatment. Special drugs that break down fat cells under the skin and accelerate circulation in that area are injected. The application is performed at intervals of 2-4 weeks, in 8-12 sessions.

Double Chin Lipolysis Mesotherapy:
Lipolysis is a process commonly used in recent years to dissolve excess fat in the body. Lipolysis is performed with special drugs called phosphatidyl choline. The aim is to reduce fat tissue. Since the effect of the drug starts late, session intervals are planned every 4-6 weeks in 3 sessions. Lipolysis, which is most commonly used in the submental region, is also used in the abdomen, arms, and hip regions.
